I’m Tatjana, the creator of Yoga Harmony Perth.
It has always been my calling in life to serve people. As far back as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to help others.
First I wanted to be a doctor, then a physiologist it looks like now I am a little bit of both.
My passion for sharing Pilates and Yoga and all things Health came from my own journey on healing the body and the mind.
I felt this strong desire to share my discoveries with the world.
Soon enough, one thing led to another. Some friends asked me to teach and, at the same time, another friend offered me the space that has now been the Yoga Harmony studio for 7 years.
Nowadays, Yoga Harmony is so much more than a general place for fitness goers.
It’s a place to empower you to live your best life by mastering your Health.
We are specialized in teaching our clients how to move well and heal the body from injuries and health imbalances by offering individualized training and wellness programs and in-depth courses.
- Our Semi-Private Pilates sessions are like nothing you have tried before. It will teach you so much about your body movements, teach you correct techniques and improve your posture.
- The personalized wellness plans we are offering will provide you with a deep understanding of how to implement healthy habits into your everyday life. - Our Yoga classes are intimate to ensure individual attention. We offer flexible drop-in classes. And recently, I began to provide a new format of teaching a pre-registered course instead of a drop-in class. I explain more about it on the yoga page. Make sure you go there to check it out.
