Most of us carry old wounds of insecurity, rejection, abonnement from the early stages of the subconscious mind programming. Our subconscious mind is like a computer program that stores up every little bit of information. By the time you were 7 or 8 years old, you already had a solid foundation of belief based on all that programming from people in your life, television shows you watched, and other environmental influences. Whatever limiting beliefs you have right now of if you are good enough, smart enough, beautiful enough, they all have a root cause in your childhood.
