Knoff Yoga has improved my body and my life in so many ways. And I am beyond excited to share this incredible practice with those of you who are ready to find a yoga style yoga for life.

This practice is like no other.

It makes you feel grounded, strong, and spacious, all at the same time.
It teaches you how to be still and present while releasing stress and blocked energy from the body and the mind.
It will challenge you, but at the same time, show you the incredible power of your body, breath, and mind and make you ultimately a more resilient human being.

During this two hour workshop, I will be sharing with you the history of Knoff Yoga. I will be giving you an overview of the different levels of Knoff Yoga and explaining to you the importance of a systematic yoga sequence. Together in a fun, safe, playful environment, we will practice together, for better YOU.
