Following our first Inversions Workshop, join Tatjana to revisit the teachings at a slower pace to allow the techniques to digest deeper within your cells and settle into your nervous system!
In this 1.5 hour session we will refine the movements we learned in our first workshop and work towards creating new neural pathways.
If you didn’t join us for the first workshop, you are still welcome to attend this one! This workshop is especially for those wanting an extra challenge in their practice.

Inversions are a fun way to build confidence in ourselves and have an invigorating, stimulating effect on the brain and the entire body.
A huge part of mastering inversions is overcoming fear and building confidence. In this workshop, Tatjana will focus on building strength and knowledge around correct techniques, so that we can release fear and embrace the vulnerability that comes with inversions!
