Hip Opener Workshop
This 2.5 Hour workshop is designed to bring awareness in to the hips.
You will learn releasing techniques to find instant relief from tightness in the hips and the lower back. By stretching and
strengthening the muscles of the hips, legs and the spine you will find the freedom that your body deserves. This workshop can be attended by anyone. You don’t need to have any yoga or pilates pre experience. You don’t need to be fit or flexible, just open-minded.
