Private Pilates classes are recommended for those that have injuries, require more attention and for clients that are new to Pilates. These classes are 1-on-1, giving you a specific program tailored to suit your own needs. They are taught in our Pilates Studio, using a variety of our Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer, Trapeze Table & Wunda Chair.
Our semi-private Studio Pilates classes are taught 3-on-1 and are an ideal maintenance program for injured and ageing bodies. Students work on specifically tailored programs to manage pain and improve strength, balance and flexibility. These sessions are booked by appointment only.
Our Mat Pilates classes are ideal for those who have good body awareness, minimal injuries and want to build more strength, tone and flexibility. It’s a fun Pilates workout that will improve your core strength and general fitness, using a combination of mat work and small Pilates props that vary class-to-class so you always feel challenged.
