Poor postural habits and faulty breathing are some of the reasons for the dysfunctional muscle work in the shoulder girdle.

This 2.5 Hour workshop is designed not only to help you find immediate relief but also teach you techniques to release and strengthen your Neck and Shoulders.
It’s a perfect way to tune in and understand the underlying causes of tension in the body. We will explore a variety of different techniques such as releasing with the help of props, stretching, strengthening, breathing and much more.
This workshop can be attended by anyone. You don’t need to have any yoga or pilates pre experience. You don’t need to be fit or flexible, just open minded.
