Knoff Yoga is one of the most researched yoga programs available, with the roots grounded in the traditions of Iyengar Yoga & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Beginners (Knoff Yoga)
This class is for those who are new to yoga or haven’t practiced for some time.
Your teacher will guide you and explain in detail to build your knowledge, confidence and strength. You will learn a solid foundation to set you up for a lifelong happy, healthy yoga journey.
Level 1 (Knoff Yoga)
As you start progressing, Asananas (Postures) become more challenging. At this stage we are moving at a faster pace and start incorporating a stronger Vinyasa to create heat, build upper body strength and mental focus. You will learn to hold postures for a longer period of time to build up strength, stamina and healthy alignment.
*You will need to be competent at beginners level to attend the level 1 classes.
Ashtanga Yoga combines an ancient series of postures with a flowing breath and movement system. This combination increases strength, endurance and mental clarity. We are offering both Mysore style practice (personal practice under the supervision of your teacher) and Ashtanga Led classes.
