We need to balance these busy and often way-too-stressful lifestyles we all seem to be living. Gaining a clear mind is important and helpful for us to make the best choices for our everyday life.

We need to understand our emotional world, learn to love and accept ourselves and extend this love to all beings.

The media often portrays the Yoga and Pilates world as the young, fit stereotypically “good looking” industry, but Yoga and Pilates is really for all of us!
