Learn step by step in a safe, supportive, encouraging environment on how to practice yoga.

I believe everyone can and should practice yoga.

In my, over 10 years of teaching experience, I have seen remarkable changes in people’s bodies, minds, and life’s by practicing yoga.

I am specialized in teaching the physical aspect of yoga by bringing in my extensive anatomy knowledge and my ability to break down each pose to make it accessible to anybody.

Each week you will learn a new set of postures by building step by step strength, knowledge, and confidence.

You will also receive videos every week, based on what you have learned in class for you to practice and learn at home.
